The Sundevil H2 project was one that Southland Mechanical completed for Air Products & Chemicals within the Intel Ocotillo Facility in Chandler, Arizona. This labor-intensive HVAC project involved installing 25, 25-ton rooftop units, six rooftop exhaust fans, and all HVAC ducting for RTU’s, EF’s, and exhaust for the water treatment equipment the facility used. Working within tight quarters, our teams overcame multiple configuration challenges and maintained every safety standard along the way. At Southland Mechanical, we consider this one of our most difficult projects, but one we look back on proudly.
